英文摘要: Applying the formal series symmetry theory to a differential-difference system, two-dimensional Toda equation, we found that as with the continuous Toda field theory, there exist two sets of infinitely many symmetries for the discrete Toda system. Each set of symmetries constitutes a generalized W(infinity) algebra.
