英文摘要: We discuss the construction of the modifications and Miura type maps for the k-constrained KP hierarchy. The explicit formulae are given for the cases k = 2 and 3. In particular, for k = 2, we find that two models describing wave interactions, discussed by Yajima and Oikawa [Prog. Theor. Phys. 56 (1976) 1719] and Newell [SIAM J. Appl. Math. 35 (1978) 650], respectively, are related to each other by a Miura type map. For k = 3 we obtain two modifications for a coupled Boussinesq-nonlinear Schrodinger equation.
