RECURSION OPERATOR AND SYMMETRY STRUCTURE OF THE KAWAMOTO-TYPE EQUATION

AbstractThe recursion operator of the Kawamoto-type equation is factorized to a simple form and then the inverse recursion operator and eleven sets of infinitely may symmetries are found explicitly. All the time-independent symmetries constitute a non-Abelian infinite dimensional Lie algebra.
