COVERAGE RATE PRODUCTION IN A NEARLY FLAT SUBSTRATE

AbstractA series solution of the adsorption equation for a nearly flat substrate is given. The production rate of excess coverage with open angle shows that for a large capillary length compared to the film thickness the production rate is small and vice versa. The loss rate of coverage in a slight convex wedge can also be discussed in this way.
