AbstractThe half-lives for 2 nu beta beta decay for all the potential PP-emitters with A greater than or equal to 70 are calculated by the operator expansion method. Compared with the directly measured half-lives of Ge-76, Se-82, Mo-100 and (238) U the theoretical values are in excellent agreement with experimental ones.
