摘要The physical implication of the changing feature of nuclear energy level statistics versus the structure parameter chi is discussed in this letter. It indicates that the changing characteristic is an evidence that the continuous dynamical transformation, which cannot be represented by the generators of the corresponding dynamical group. is a necessary condition for chaotic motion taking place in the process of evolution.
