AbstractThe effect of the non-linear interaction between high density excitons is investigated. We use the Fokker-Planck equation and the corresponding stochastic differential equation to study the composite system of cavity field and exciton. The small-fluctuation approximation is made to obtain the quadrature squeezing spectra of the output light field. The squeezing conditions for each quadrature component of the output field are given.
