摘要A general and flexible multi-motif model is proposed based on dynamic programming. By extending the Gibbs sampler to the dynamic programming and introducing temperature, an efficient algorithm is developed. Branch point signal sequences and translation initiation sequences extracted from the rice genome are then examined.
