AbstractA two-dimensional Total Routhian Surface(TRS) calculation is carried out in order to ascertain if there is triaxial superdeformation in Hf-175. A five quasi-particle configuration is chosen in the calculation. Unfortunately, the TRS minimum does not show up in the total potential energy surface.
